David M. Clark is the man behind The Clark Law Office. He brings more than 30 years of legal experience as a trial lawyer. Based out of Lansing, Michigan, Clark has taken on cases in South Carolina, Florida, Texas, and Ohio as well in his own area. He began his career as a prosecutor for the state of South Carolina but in 1983 decided to follow his heart and switched to become a defender of the people.

One case in particular consisted of a case where a US Air Force bus hit a motorcyclist and resulted in serious injuries to the driver and his passenger. The Air Force tried to blame the motorcyclist claiming that he was driving under the influence but Clark was able to earn a $2.75 million settlement for his client and $2.7 million for the passenger.With the endless resources available to the government, David Clark didn’t let that influence him in giving this case his all and ultimately winning it.
Clark applies his legal expertise to cases of all kinds. He has handled cases involving kidnapping, arson, rape, and theft. He also takes on issues involving family law such as divorce, child support, and child custody cases.
